Cookie Sandwiches are standard with sugar cookies, but are also available with oatmeal, chocolate or ginger cookies. Cookies can also be filled with: Chocolate Fudge, Salted Caramel, Butterscotch, Lemon Curd, or Jam. Custom shapes are also available - stars, daisy flowers, or maple leaves.
